Storage Occupancy Requirements – 4hr
(4 Contact Hour approved for Fire Code Administrator, Fire Safety Inspector and Instructor I, II, III)
Upon completion of this course, each participant will understand the basic requirements for storage occupancies.
Learning Objectives
At the end of this course, learners will be able to:

Identify the various types of storage arraignments.

Determine the hydraulic requirements.

Determine the correct types of storage sprinklers for each occupancy.

Locate the correct portions of NFPA 13 as it relates to different storage arraignments.
-
Determine the minimum flow and pressure requirements for ESFR systems.
-
Determine the correct section of NFPA 13 that applies.
