• 1a. EARLY BIRD - Full Conference Registration - FFMIA member – $295.00
  FFMIA Member, early bird rate for the full conference - Includes All Classes, the exhibit hall and all social events and meetings. Closes October 14th at midnight.
• 1b. EARLY BIRD - Full Conference Registration - Non Member – $375.00
  Full conference registration including - All classes, exhibit hall, all social events and meetings. Closes October 14th at midnight.
• 1c. FFMIA Member - Full Conference Registration - Regular Rate – $375.00
  FFMIA Member, regular rate for the full conference - Includes all classes, exhibit hall and all social events and meetings.
• 1d. Non-FFMIA Member Full Conference Regular Rate – $450.00
  NON-FFMIA Member, regular rate for the full conference - Includes all classes, exhibit hall and all social events and meetings.
• 1e. One (1) ticket Wednesday night social event – $100.00
  Price includes one ticket for those only attending this event on Wednesday November 6th. NOTE: This is already included in the price of conference registration for those attending and paying for, the full conference.
• 1f. Single Day Registration - Monday November 4th for FFMIA Members – $100.00
  Full one day registration for the day of Monday November 4th only for FFMIA members.
• 1g. Single Day Registration - Monday November 4th non-member – $150.00
  The is a full registration for all conference related activities on Monday, November 4th for an individual who is not an FFMIA member.
• 1h. Single Day Member Registration - Tuesday November 5th FFMIA Members – $100.00
  Full registration for the day of Tuesday November 5th only for FFMIA Members.

  This is a full registration for all conference related activities on November 6th for an individual who is not an FFMIA member.
• 1L. Single Day Registration - Thursday November 7th FFMIA Member – $100.00
  Full registration for the day of Thursday November 7th for FFMIA members.
• 1m. Single Day Registration - Thursday November 7th Non-Member – $150.00
  The is a full registration for all conference related activities on November 7th for an individual who is not an FFMIA member.
• 2. Conference Exhibitor – $750.00
  This is for conference exhibitors. Cost covers the exhibit hall hours and the exhibitor reception, and all conference activities. Exhibits will be an 8'x8' area with a 6 foot table and two chairs.
• 3(a). Conference Sponsorship - Platinum Level – $10,000.00

• 3(b). Conference Sponsorship - Gold Level – $5,000.00

• 4(a). Wednesday Evening Event Sponsorship - May be shared – $15,000.00
  Sponsorship of the Wednesday Evening Event, along with an opportunity to present during the event. Please contact Philip Oakes at 307-433-8078 or poakes@ffmia.org for more information. Sponsorship may be shared among several sponsors. Contact FFMIA for arrangements.
• 4(b). Sponsorship - Custom opportunity, Lunch or Breakfast - May be shared – $7,500.00
  Sponsorship of a meal event, along with an opportunity to present during the meal. Please contact Philip Oakes at 307-433-8078 or poakes@ffmia.org to determine which of the 8 opportunities are available, prior to booking. Also this cost may be split among multiple sponsors, contact FFMIA for detail and arrangements.
• 4(c). Off-site Transportation Sponsor – $5,000.00
  Hired busses will transport conference attendees off-site for an event on Monday at the Daytona International Speedway. This sponsor will receive recognition throughout the event and a package equal to the Silver sponsor level.
• 4(d). Sponsorship - Custom Opportunity, Conference Shirts or Keepsake item – $4,500.00
  Sponsorship of a conference shirt or other keepsake item with your company logo and the FFMIA logo on it. One to be given to each attendee.
• 4(e). Sponsorship - Custom Opportunity, Challenge Coin – $3,000.00
  Custom designed challenge coin with your company logo and the FFMIA logo on it, to be given to every attendee. Please note, this must be ordered prior to October 1st.
• 4(f). Meet and Greet Reception Sponsor – $3,000.00
  Attendees will gather for a reception on Sunday evening November 3rd from 5-7 pm for an informal meet-and-greet. Sponsorships may be shared. This is a good ice-breaker for the week and an opportunity to spend one on one time with FFMIA Board members and attendees.
• 4(h). Sponsorship - Custom opportunity, USB Flash Drives – $3,000.00
  Flash drives to be given to all attendees. Designed in conjunction with FFMIA, and loaded with conference materials. Price decreases if sponsor provides USB drives. Note: Must be ordered prior to October 1st.
• 4(i). Sponsorship - Custom opportunity - Daily Break – $2,000.00
  This is the sponsorship of the daily snack breaks on a particular day of the conference. Your company logo will be on a sign prominently displayed at the break area. Please contact Philip Oakes at 307-433-8078 or Philip.oakes@ffmia.org if you wish to select a specific day.
• 4(j). Sponsorship - Custom opportunity - Daily Agenda – $750.00
  Your company logo on daily agenda signs posted around conference area.
• 4(k). Sponsorship - Custom opportunity, conference bag – $500.00
  This prices is for sponsorship of the conference bag given to each attendee. Sponsor MUST provide bags which will be pre-approved by FFMIA.
• 4(l). Sponsorship - Custom Opportunity, Conference program Full Page size – $450.00
  This is to place a full page of sponsorship artwork of the sponsor's choice in the conference program.
