  Full conference registration including - Exhibit Hall, all events and meetings. This rate is only good until May 1st.
• 1d. 1 Full conference attendee VIRTUAL - Non-FFMIA member – $490.00
  This is for one person to attend the conference virtually. A Zoom registration link will be sent to the attendee prior to the start of the conference. The general sessions will be broadcast. Due to the need for additional online registration this item closes May 29th.
• 1e kids) This is the price for a child's ticket to the Dinner event and live Auction – $50.00
  This is a single extra ticket for the Captain’s Dinner and live auction on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026, for One (1) child under the age of 10. Please note: For registered and paid conference attendees this event is covered. This is simply for those who may wish to bring additional people to this event only.

• 1q. For 2026 Child Passenger Safety Updates: More Than Just A Click Class only (Pre-Conference or Stand alone) – $75.00
  Registration is for the PRE-CONFERENCE (and Stand Alone) 2026 Child Passenger Safety Updates: More Than Just A Click Class only. This class is to be held on 6/1/2025 from 8AM until 5PM. Six CEUs available for Car Seat Technicians and the opportunity for an Instructor to sign off your 5 required seat checks for recertification. Class is approved for 6 CEUs through the Florida Fire College.

• 2. Conference Exhibitor – $850.00
  This is for conference exhibitors. Cost covers the exhibit hall hours as shown in the exhibitor guide (note there are optional extra hours available outside this time window, see the event program or exhibitor guide for more details).

  This is for one extra person (above the allotted 2) for an exhibit space. This is for exhibit hall activities only.

• 4a) Dinner Social and Live Auction Sponsor – $6,000.00
  This would have the sponsor announced as a sponsor for the conference dinner and live auction during the conference, and have appropriate signage placed through the nightly event and conference, as well as in the program. Sponsoring organization is given 5 tickets for the dinner event.
• 4a. Lunch Sponsorship – $7,000.00
  Conference lunch will be announced as sponsored by company with appropriate signage prominently located near the serving line. Sponsors will also be given time to present about their company/product during lunch on a given day. Dates to be determined after consultation with staff and order purchase of the sponsorship. Signage throughout the conference will be present to announce the sponsorship.
• 4b. Conference Shirt Sponsorship – $4,000.00
  Commemorative conference shirt with your company logo and appropriate conference logos on it.
• 4c. Conference Bag Sponsorship – $3,500.00
  Your Company logo on a conference bag given to all attendees. PLEASE NOTE: This price assumes the conference will design and provide the bag. See other bag sponsorship for the price should the sponsor provide them.
• 4d. Conference Bag Sponsorship – $500.00
  Your Company logo on a conference bag given to all attendees. PLEASE NOTE: This price assumes bags are provided by the sponsor to FFMIA 2 weeks prior to the conference. If you wish to have FFMIA design and provide the bag, see the other bag sponsorship opportunity. All designs must be pre-approved by FFMIA.
• 4e. Conference Challenge Coins – $3,000.00
  Conference challenge coin with your company logo included on it or in the coin packaging. Designed in conjunction with FFMIA staff.
• 4f. Flash Drive Sponsorship – $1,500.00
  You provide flash drives with your company logo, FFMIA will add conference materials for attendees. PLEASE NOTE: Drives must be provided to FFMIA 2 weeks prior to conference.
• 4g: Conference Nametag Sponsorship – $1,000.00
  The attendee badges will be designed to include your logo with conference logos, you may also supply lanyards to accompany badges (NOTE: all artwork and lanyard styles must be approved by FFMIA).
• 4h. Conference Break Sponsorship – $2,500.00
  Conference breaks will be announced as sponsored by company with appropriate signage prominently located near refreshments. The date of break will be determined after consultation with FFMIA staff.
• 4i. Conference Program Sponsorship - 1/2 page size – $450.00
  Have a sponsorship of your design placed in the Joint Conference program for all three days of the conference.
• 4j. Conference Program Sponsorship - 1/4 page size – $200.00
  Have a sponsorship of your design placed in the Joint Conference program for all three days of the conference.
• 4k. Conference Program Sponsorship - Business Card Size – $100.00

• 4l. Chair drop advertising – $750.00
  This is for a flyer style advertisement to be placed on an attendee's chair, on morning prior to the start of the day's activities. Vendor to provide copies of the flyer.
